Ordered product from besonora.com and received email confirmation. After 4 weeks, contacted email address to advise product not recieved. They responded they use China Post and provided a tracking number. After three more weeks, sent another email asking for my goods or refund. They sent another email with tracking number indicating shipment was made to my address by USPS. I called USPS and they said they had no record of delivery to my address. besonora.com has no phone numbers or physical address on file, and nothing online other than a bogus website with products offered at low prices. There is no actual customer sevrice number to call. They keep sending emails with circular bogus information on tracking number. Because I made the purchase using debit card, I have no recourse.
