Replied to what appeared to be blowout laptop computer sale from Best Buy. $39.00 for an HP laptop with Windows 11. Entered DiscoverCard for payment. Confirmation of order was send 2023100212124049 shipping FexEd/DHL 5-7 day shipping. Order placed on 10/1/2023 12:43pm.

The people at the number above called to give me a refund. They said I had purchased software from best buy, which I have not. They also wanted to connect to my computer to fill out claim to received my refund. I did not give them access to my computer.
