I received numerous messages on my phone concerning a refund due me since company was supposedly shutting down but never gave a company name.. I called back today and asked the name of the company which they answered Best Buy Geek Squad.and that I would need to log onto my computer to verify information. I told them if they were a legitimate company then I should be receiving a check in the mail on the company's letterhead. They hung up. I called back and the same info. was given, told them i was reporting them, their answer was Merry Christmas. Beware!
