When i called the number they wanted me to log into my computer and log into a specific site to give them the computer address so they can remove a program off my computer. Once they said that I hung up and called Best buy and they told me the number listed is not their number. This is when I hung up on them.

This was a Facebook ad for overstock of Amazon products. Order was for a double door plastic shed 15ft x 8ft for $69.98 plus $9.90 shipping. Was given a tracking number using 17 track in which i figured out this was most likely coming from China. Intial shipping label started in Georgia so shipping within the US. Money was taking from Paypal immediately. Product finally showed delivered to a resident in Indiana. I emailed. They responded with a new tracking number said it was a mistake. 2nd tracking number was delievered to someone in Florida. Emailed again but feel this will go on for months. Began 8/7/21 and I can't seem to get any product or a refund. They respond but again I feel it's a game and money is now lost. Money taken and nothing every received.

These folks emailed me about a subscription that I do not have warning that I will be charged 370.00 if I didn't cancel. And I could only cancel on a computer. Why? And with google chrome? So, I told him I didn't use chrome he gave me another link for Microsoft. I kept asking what was the product subscription for he stated he couldn't give out customers info. I said its my info and besides u never asked my name,or anything how do u know its mine? Only when u download the site. Well that's not going to happen I told him I'm going to best buy, and that I didn't trust him. So I went to best buy they said it was a scam they had no such order number not did I hava subscription with them.

The past two days I have received a call from 801-518-2285 (today) and 801-518-6713 (yesterday); stating that my computer services are going to renew and a charge of $399.99 will be automatically debited from my account. I asked who was calling and they state they are from Best Buy; they say that with the original purchase of my computer I purchased office suite and software protection and that they have my account information; I ask them to verify that information and they told me that tomorrow when the amount is charged I can go [censored] myself. The accent is very thick and it is difficult to understand but believe it sounds Eastern Indian. When I ask them for verification information or state that I did not purchase services or that they do not have my account information they become very combative and do not hang up. Today they wanted me to sit in front of my computer while they directed me with instruction on how to discontinue or opt out of their services (of course I hung up at that point). I will not be taking calls from numbers that start with 801-518; if the caller is legit they will leave a message and I will have to call them back.

Just wanted to make sure you are aware as I am sure there are others that are being harassed/threatened under your name.

Thanks,

Received a text said I was selected for a complimentary Galaxy s21. Followed the link and it took me to Best Buy’s website and it looked legit like the Best Buy website. Had to choose a box, said I won the phone and to send $2 process fee and 5-7 days was mine. To fill this out I tried to see what happened after putting in name, email, phone (fake email and number I use for this that I set up previous due to so much spam and useless newsletters) it would not except any phone number. I gave it numbers from all carrier and my dads home nimber that he has had since 1983. It said the number wasn’t valid, so I wouldn’t have gotten it if legit. But after it said I won the phone, the next page said to sign up for one week of servedaye for $1, small print said it I didn’t cancel would be charged $44/mth. I’m already paid $50 of 2 other apps I didn’t know I signed up for in the last and I couldn’t pay my bills that mth, I was was glad I didn’t believe this. But it said that there was still no guarantee I’d get it, it said a winner would be chosen, after saying I won. I attached all the websites above, the text had http://dkk.gal2sm.com/sn3/bBgpmbH and took me to what looked like Best Buy’s real website but was learningoponion.com. When I won I was transferred to campaign.servedate.com. I could get further. When I tried to go back, it look me to the website www.w.wellness-body.com saying I could get iPhone 12 Pro+AirPods for $1 and agree to a 3 day wellness body monthly subscription, after 3 days it would have been $89.87 a mth. . Their website was [email protected], no phone number. The problem is I work from home, using my phone for work, I do telehealth. I can’t find my messages through all of the scams, I’ve can’t check my emails and miss important stuff because all of my emails almost are scams. I have change email addresses to new ones 5 times. So I have several email addresses but none are Usuable. I can’t answer my phone, which I need to for my work and to conduct business for my personal life like student loans, but I get 100’s a day that are scams. I can’t tell who my real financial

Aid people are because of the scams and due to how time consuming my work is, I don’t have time to listen forever to find out if scams, I don’t know I can give my personal information to as I have to identify it for the real people too. So I don’t answer my phone unless I saved the name in my phone, I don’t answer emails as I get so many it takes 2-3 hrs to clear out a day or two, not exaggerating if fake emails and I’m so tired of it. Now I do telehealth but even when working right, I work off my phone and email. I do home mental health therapy. My boss gets mad I don’t return her calls, I can’t always so she called or texted through all this mess. This isn’t the worst one, most realistic. But I am so tired of it and I don’t know how to fix it.I need help. I don’t have time to do this for them all, there are over 300 texts that are cams on my texts now and there are 30-50 calls a day that are scams or people trying to sell me stuff I didn’t ask for like insurance and a car warrenty. For now I have Medicaid and a brand new car(required for my job after the last 3 broke this year, needed the warrenty) but I get calls all day about insurance and my warrenty expiring.when I asked the person with insurance to stop harassing me after they called back to back all day starting at 7 am, I couldn’t work, it knocked me off my call to clients and interrupted the one I tried to talk to, I demanded to speak to the supervisor since I asked them to take me off their list and stop harassing me. They called me by a name I’ve never heard of to begin with. She said I never should have tried to get an insurance quote, which I didn’t, and that I better get used to it because my number was sent to over 300 companies and they would all call. The other companies were polite but for months it was hard to worm. They still call from time to tkme. Her company called no less than 30 times daily for 3 mtkys and refused to let me talk to a supervisor or to take me off the list. My email is all stuff like like that I did t ask for so I can’t use it. I have to use my phone but it is almost impossible. My kids will prob lose their Medicaid because I can’t answer impt personal calls due to the scams. I no longer no what to d I’m and can’t do this for them all.
