Asked to order gift by niece who sent me website/item information. Saw the Best Buy logo, but did not verify website until after placing order. First clue this was a scam was that they did not charge Florida sales tax. More detailed check of email indicated email address for Neimanmarcus, not Best Buy, charge to credit card was to Life of Luck in Deleware, a women's clothing store; spelling errors and incorrect grammar; "Daer ...; Your Order Will be delivery..."; and a strange warning that "...rumormongers will be prosecuted according to law the corresponding legal responsibility." Check of Best Buy website indicated they did not carry the item ordered. Tracking number provided was invalid. Disputing charge with credit card company, which unfortunately I could not do while charge was pending. Unknown if credit card company will do a charge-back. My niece sent me another similar request a day later, only this time the Macy's logo was being used. I did not make the purchase and informed my niece of the scam.
