Said I would be billed $449.50 for a virus subscription. I asked what type of computer this was on and he said a windows computer, but could not give me any further. Told me to enter a 5-digit cancellation number into my computer to cancel the subscription. I advised I was working and the computer in question was at home. He told me to call back when I got home. Then before I could ask any more questions he hung up.
