My husband and I ordered freezers off the site, it said 3-5 days we will get an update to our order and has not been received by them. I emailed them as they have no other contact information other than an email. I have yet to get any responses from them. I have contacted the bank to have a new card issued for myself and my husband. Please be careful not to get anything off this site!!
