I do not think this is legit. Firstly, the price is unbelievable. Especially since they mention that it includes airfare for the puppy. I asked for information regarding the parents of the puppy and their health, met with silence. He was unable to give me specific health information, which a real breeder would have and gladly share.
I did actually speak on the phone with someone. However, his syntax was not from Texas, where he claimed to be from. It actually sounded African. And when I asked for documentation to be sent to me to continue the application, nothing happened.
