These breeders go by the names James and Kelly Cooper. They try to get you to send payment threw Zelle and if that doesn't work they try Cashapp or have your get a Visa Credit card from the store to send payment to them. They refused to give us any of they're information regarding location/address other than they claim to be out of Cleveland, Ohio. The phone number we spoke with them on is from Victoria, VA. The cashapp name they gave us was $TeshanieWilliams. We even asked them to video call us so we could see they had the puppies in hand
