I ordered a 500$ fire pit table through this company online. It arrived. My husband put it together and it didn’t work. I tried to contact the company and the only way to get a hold of them on their website is by chat. They don’t list an address or number. Someone chatted with me but didn’t really give any answers or advice on what to do next. I still can not reach anyone and it’s been about a month.

I purchased an item thru *** now knowing it was a third party website. I tried contacting the company and *** immediately after order was placed to cancel order. They refuse to cancel before they even shipped anything and refuse to refund me. The company only responds when you say you want to cancel or you can't get ahold of anyone. All the positive reviews on *** were fake reviews from their website, I posted a review and it doesn't even show up. On their *** page it's all negative reviews with similar problems and the only positive ones are fake or sponsored. Many people have stated they were unable to get a refund, I been trying since I placed the order. Products come broken and missing and only shipped as soon as you asked to cancel. They didnt even offer me a tracking number even though they said they shipped my product and on *** it didnt show my product was even processed yet. *** said it's a separate company there is nothing they can do. I have tried everything possible and I just got left with being scammed out of $116.02.

IT'S A SCAM!!! I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!!

We bought a set of furniture on July 22nd on AMAZON but one of the boxes with supposedly the table and the tools to assembly the furniture was NEVER delivered. NEVER!!! Since day one after the purchase I was tracking the 3 boxes containing the items. The two boxes with items but not tools and assembling instructions at all, were delivered on time. The third box w/ supposedly the table and the tools for assembly, was never delivered. First attempt, FEDEX said the product was damaged and needed to ben sent back to provider. Second attempt, product was damaged AGAIN and needed to be sent again back to provider.

Then, after believing in this whole story, I chatted w/ their costumer service, who said there was NO REPLACEMENT for the items missing and asked me RETURN by UPS the two HUGE boxes they had already delivered. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RETURN THOSE TWO HUGEE BOXES??

Now I need to BUY from my pocket, boxes to pack the items and Hire a truck to deliver it at UPS. If the product was delivered by truck it shoulder be returned by truck. This is not right and they are stealing money from customers.

They will refund me only after they receive the product, of course, how am I suppose to return it?? THIS IS A SCAM.

They are stealing money from customers, selling things that doesn't exist.

I WANT TO BE REFUNDED AND ALL THE EXPENSES FROM THE RETURNING PAID BY THE PROVIDER.

I believe this company is a fraudulent. I purchased this patio set, yesterday. They took the $559.99 out of my account. Today, I had an email from them saying they were processing my refund and it would be 5 to 7 business days to get a refund. I did not request a refund so I called the company. They explained to me that the item that I purchased was out of stock. I said then why did it allow me to purchase it and take my money if you didn't have the product. She said sometimes that there is a glitch in the system and this happens. I then went on the website while I was still on the phone with the Customer Service Manager and said the merchandise is still on your website and will allow me to purchase it again, she said it will be removed. Six hours later the patio set is available to purchase on website. As I wait for my refund of $559.99 for the next 5 to 7 business days they continue to sell products that they do not have. This is a means of stealing! Please do not purchase products from BCP.

when you email or call they take your order then your card number. then send out an email telling you that your order has

shipped. They give you a tracking number with FedEx and tell you when to expect to receive your merchandise.

When you check with FedEx they tell you that your number has been entered into their system but the best choice products has not released it for pick up. When you try to contact Best choice they don't answer the phone or your email complaints.

Ordered a prodduct never recieved it and i can't get thru someone also i've emailed several times. Walmart can't grant me a refund. They just took my money and i never received product!!

My son and I were searching for a drawing desk online. Best Choice Products offered the one we liked at a slightly lower price and with free shipping. Supposedly the product was shipped on 11/25, returned to the company by FedEx bc it was damaged on 11/30 and now on 12/7, I have yet to hear from them after repeated attempts to get in touch via email and phone.

I made an online purchase on walmart.com and was unaware that this was the company I was doing business with instead of Walmart, had I known I wouldnt have made my purchase. Purchase was made on 11/28/16, items were due to me by no later than 12/08/16 (they are christmas gifts for my children). On 12/08/16 still no items so I contacted Walmart and found out from them that my money went to this company and only Best choice products could help me. I was given a phone number and an email for contact. 1st thing, if you call their phone number, the company has a recording that tells you to email them for help and then their phone hangs up on you. Literally impossible to talk to a live person. That cant possibly be legal. I emailed them twice on Thursday 12/08/16, no response. I emailed them again on Friday morning 12/09/16 and got a response saying they didnt ship my stuff and had an error or something.. Asked me if I still wanted my items or a refund. Of course I emailed them back immediately Friday 12/09/16 morning asking if they promised the items would be to me before Christmas, I still wanted them. If not I want my money back. No response. They promise a response within 24 hours or less (7 days a week). No response on Friday 12/09/16, Saturday 12/10/16, or Sunday 12/11/16. On Monday 12/12/16 I emailed them again asking if they shipped me my stuff or refunded me since it had been 72 hours since I last heard from them and no response. At this point I gave up and emailed them again on Tuesday on 12/13/16 telling them due to their inability to respond to me and lack of assistance on the matter, I have already taken my business elsewhere to assure that my children have christmas gifts on christmas morning. I would like my money back as offered by Maribel on Friday 12/09/16 and to cancel this order. Now Best Choice will email me back on Tuesday 12/13/16 at 09:40 pm telling me that my items are being sent to me. I immediately emailed them back on Tuesday 12/13/16 at 10:30 pm saying Not to ship to me, to cancel my order as I already directed they do. My items cant possibly even get to me by christmas at this point after all and I gave up on them since I had been waiting for 4.5 days for a response. Best Choice emailed me back on Wednesday 12/14/16 at 2:30pm telling me unfortunately since my items are already shipped they cannot refund me and the only way to get my money back is to refuse my shipment from FedEx when it is delivered (when we all know FedEx and UPS dont get signatures on things, they just drop things at the door and leave). Or I could go to FedEx website to refuse a shipment online with the tracking number (if I can do that, why cant Best Choice Products?). BUT Best choice didnt provide a tracking number for me to do any of that. So I emailed them back immediately on 12/14/16 at 3:30pm telling them they failed to provide a tracking number for me to do this. Best Choice waited until 12/14/16 at 10pm to email me back to tell me unfortunately they cannot provide me a tracking number at this time because it hasnt generated yet and that will take 1-2 business days to do. So, Let me get this straight. After me, countless times telling them to refund my money, They proceed to "ship me items" anyway.. and cannot refund me because items are on their way.. BUT cannot give me a tracking number to contact FedEx FOR THEM to reject this shipment sending it back to Best Choice warehouse.. because the tracking number hasnt been generated yet. How can something be on its way to me without a tracking number? I work in a warehouse myself, I ship out daily with UPS and know for a fact this is all a lie. This company is stealing from hundreds of people. I have talked with several other victims on walmarts facebook page who has had WORSE situations than mine. Best Choice Products needs to be shut down, they are stealing from innocent people who are just trying to give their children a good christmas. This is an outrage! I have emailed them back on 12/14/16 again demanding my money since all parties know items arent actually on their way.

I ordered a product online. The company emailed me a tracking would be sent. Nothing. I email everyday multiple times. When you call the line hangs up on you.
