I too have been scammed by Amir and Frany of Best Deal Transmissions and Parts on Ebay. After making a pre-purchase inquiry for my 2002 MDX transmission I had all but just emailed Amir thru Ebay massaging when much to my surprise, he calls me on my cell number (which he may have gotten thru Ebay). He bragged about his long list of successes and owing to his 100% EbAY feedback I was already liking him. However rather than hit the "Buy-It-Now button on Ebay he proposed that I instead send him cash thru a Paypal Gift. He worked up some expensive shipping claiming that transport was really high. Anyway within a few weeks I did get a transmission. The transport had damaged the "free" exterior ATF cooler that was pat of his ad and sale pitch. No good to me damaged though. It took me 2-3 months to prep my car for the Best Deal "rebuilt and dyno tested" transmission. I was at my independent repair the day they pulled my old unit out and attempted to install their transmission. However install was not possible because the inlet ATF circulation line that feeds fluid into the transmission had all the inner threads stripped out. I called Amir and he told me he'd ship out some repair parts. However when they arrived they did nothing to fix the problem. I spent $265 additional funds having the connection fixed with a Heli-coil. Fact is I was sold a defective transmission which should have been caught by any reputable Company. Amir promised to cover my extra $265 cost so I was still good at this point. So after I had the Best Deal transmission installed I did call and inquire how to arrange return of my core for my $400 refund. Frany immediately sent me a return shipping list and instructions. I had my old tranny picked up and delivered to them within 2 weeks of shipment. Now 4 months and 3 dozen email and text messages later I have yet to receive my $665 promised refund. Amir claims to be fighting some mysterious disease and every time I get a hold of Frany she profusely apologizes and says she will send my funds asap. Frany and Amir are pathological liars and in no way take care of their customers. Amir claims that all bad reviews on the internet are the fault of the stupid people he's sold to. But the fact is that this is a professional family criminal organization akin to Hunter Biden and his infamous laptop. Amir has tons of tall tales about his health, his devout religious practices and his fair ethics. He even has his dad who operates an independent transmission shop in Brooklyn, NY lie for him. All I want is my due funds. I am a fair man but Amir and Frany and two messed up people. Sunny and smiley until you put pressure on then to honor their word. Then nothing but crickets. May karma come back around and give them two helpings of what they give other people! My ordeal started in March Mike B. In Wichita, KS

I contacted BestDealTransmission in Aug. 2020. At first Amir, the sales rep seemed extremely pleasant and eager to help solve my problem. At the beginning communication was on point. I received my remanufactured, 3-year warranty transmission from Amir and sent back my core. After having my mechanic install the remanufactured unit, it was found that the transmission did not shift well at all. After dropping the drain pan, my mechanic found a bolt lying in the pan and reported that there were many other bolts that were able to be removed without the use of any tools. After reporting the issue with Amir he became a little distant; was not near as on top of things as before and even tried to place some blame on my mechanics install. After some back and forth Amir said he would honor the warranty and to return the unit. I had my mechanic remove the unit and ship it back. Amir at this point also had me in contact with Franny. Franny had told me at one point that they had received the warranty trans and would have it shipped in the next two days. After a week, I followed up and was told that my transmission has been lost in transit. This was after many failed attempts at trying to get ahold of Amir and Franny both. However, when I called from a different number, Amir was quick to answer. When I caught him off guard he had told me that he would have another transmission worked and sent my way right away. That was the last time I have been able to get any communication from anyone at this company. They now have my money and both transmissions. I can’t even purchase another transmission because they have my core. BUYER BEWARE- SCAMMERS HERE
