I ordered the incense fountain advertised for$19.99 on the commercial on TV. I went to the website and ordered the fountain including the incense. As I placed the website offered other products as you check out. They offered 300 more incense cones for an additional $59. I clicked the button and the incense cones were automatically added to my order which took my order price to a total of $99! I tried to cancel the order at the end but the system wouldn't let me. So I checked my debit card account and the money was debited from my account in 3 separate payments, $7.60, $69.95 and $21.70. I immediately called the number on the website to cancel the order and no one answered. So I called back today and spoke to this guy who gave me the runaround about issuing my refunds. He said it's too late because the order had been processed. I pleaded with him and he said he couldn't refund my money because it was already processed and I must return it back to them first, then I will be issued a refund. I told him to refund my money now and he kept evading my questions and offered me more incense instead. I never even received an order confirmation from them
