We wish to inform you that our Vets have conducted all the tests on your Male Great Dane Puppy by name Jeff and your Puppy is fine,healthy and will be ready to board the final flight to your location any time soon.
We are having some issue here presently At the final check control with the Pets Control Commission.
The puppy has now been checked at the Pets quarantine Department and all the registrations papers, health certificates and passport are correct .
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis and the age of the puppy, you are required to Rent (Hire) a different CRATE for the safe delivery of your puppy .
Reasons for a change of Crate !!
1: The Delivery crate of the puppy has to be changed from a Ventilated crate to an Electronic Thermal Crate . The ventilated crate does not contain potty pet space , water bowl and food cane moreover it's not accepted by the Pets Control Commission for the shipping of your puppy .
2: The crate is too small for the relaxation of the puppy on the flight . Due to the above reason, the crate has to be changed from a ventilated crate to an Electronic Thermal Crate.
3: We are experiencing an unfavorable weather condition and transporting the puppy in the ventilated crate will be detrimental to the health of your puppy .
4: We need a Thermal Electronic crate during this period of shipping because it has a TEMPERATURE REGULATOR which will be regulated according to your puppy's body temperament there by maintaining a constant body temperature.
5. It is a Regulation by the Pet Quarantine and Pet Abandonment Department to ensure Pets Safety.
From the above reasons, the puppy can not be transported in the original crate. The crate has to be changed and we have to use an Electronic Thermal crate to ensure the safety of the pet on the flight to your location. We have these crates in our agency in different varieties and PD (power drive ).
We do not sell the crate to our customers but we offer them for hire or rental terms to safeguards your puppy on flight. The money paid for the rental of the crate will be Fully Refunded Back to you by the delivery agent who will come to deliver your puppy at your address. Since the sender of your puppy sent the puppy using a ventilated crate, when you will be picking up the puppy at the airport or if the delivery agent will be doing the delivery at your address, he/she will come along with the Ventilated crate, to do the changes and have your money paid back either cash or by check. We request that you make a choice from the above list of crates and choose the type of crate you will like your puppy to travel in, for safety.

We wish to inform you that your Male Great Dane Puppy(Jeff) is presently under our detention here in Raleigh, North Carolina. Recommended health check complete, and the Puppy is ready to board.

However, we are facing some problems, the Insurance and Quarantine service center for the City International Airport service which is the first Port of check-out requires a "Class B-2 Insurance Policy" proceeding the delivery of your Puppy. It is a mandatory requirement for Puppy younger than 10 months and flying unaccompanied. unfortunately your Puppy falls under this category thus a "Class B-2 Insurance Policy" is require before she can fly.
If the insurance certificate is not provided within 24hours, your Puppy will be put under Quarantine upon arrival for approximately 60 days, and the parties related to this Puppy might be facing charges for animal cruelty.
This insurance fee goes alongside to enable us to get your pet an Insurance Certificates and booking an airline approved crates for the safety of your Puppy.
Pet transport Department has got nothing with pet insurance services. We only organize the shipment/delivery of your animal through our pet delivery aircraft and delivery vans to your doorstep. We wish to enlighten you about the following points concerning the transportation of animals with the USA and Canada;
1-a. All animals have a life and integrity and therefore handled as humans in their domain.
2-a. All animals are to be transported with a high degree of caution and safety.
3-a. All animals must be transported by an animal travel agency which is registered with the U.S/Canada Aviation Commission/U.S /Canada Financial Bureau.
4-a. All animals are supposed to have a Life Insurance Certificate before they can travel without any problem on board.
5-a. All insurance fees paid during the flight and delivery of an animal must be refunded (Fully) and total upon arrival of the animal.
6-a. The insurance must be refunded to the person who paid the insurance fee, and it MUST be refunded in total.
Why we ask for a Life Insurance Certificate:
1-b. Serves as a security deposit - You get a full refund plus compensation for the whole amount "worth of a Great Dane Puppy 6,000 USD." This is in the event of any health issues or death while flying.
2-b. It gives its owner the legal power to take court actions and take the pet delivery service to court in case of problems during the delivery process.
3-b. We stand behind all pet owners in case of problems with the animal delivery agency during the delivery process.
4-b. The life insurance fee is to cover for the caring of the animal in case of abandonment for three months while the animal is in quarantine.
Note :
To this effect, we wish to inform you that this Puppy in question does not have an Insurance certificate, which in this case must be paid and acquired before it can be dispatch for delivery.
Insurance Payment Strategy:
The insurance fee to be paid per animal must be an equivalent to the value of the animal in question, and this was decided by the U.S Aviation Commission / U.S Financial Bureau. Looking at clause 5a above, it shows that the insurance cost to be paid as required by the U.S Aviation Commission is $1.800 USD for this Great Dane Puppy(Jeff).
However, this system brought to many complaints from pet owners and beyond and so the two mother committees sat and decided to adopt the Full refund Insurance scheme method of insurance payments. This system requires that the owner of the animal's deposit the total amount of the insurance fee and the total amount will be refunded upon delivery.
To this effect, you are required to pay a total sum of $1.800 USD. The funds will be refunded upon delivery by the delivery agents who will bring your Puppy. The refund will be issued in cash or bank transfer at the time of delivery.
We also wish to inform you that this Puppy will remain here until the security deposit is confirmed; this Puppy only can depart from our detention upon payment confirmation. There is no compromise on this issue. We request and advice you treat this issue with a high degree of discretion and urgency.
