I bought some hair from best hair buy about 2 weeks ago and I was trying to get a return & exchange it for some longer hair well that I got in was super shirt nothing like the pictured I saw on the website they didn't tell me the length or nothing I paid 200$ and then they wanted me to pay another 100$ just to ship it back then they gave me a overseas number I couldn't call back they didn't give me no account number to where I can ship my item back and when I tried to get a refund I couldn't
