I believe that this company "Best hand credit solutions" is linked to someone or some other party who has produced a software that claims to help repair the credit of so many desperate and in debt people. This company has teamed up with a real estate company called Lee Realty and they are preying on the identities of innocent people who are already in bad credit shape. I signed up with best hand credit solutions last month and have yet to see any improvement. The conpany's correspondents regarding status updates of specific clients information were sent out to everyone in their database and best hand failed in protecting the customers info by sending the clients updated out to everyone in their system. I have made several attempts in contacting the credit repair consultant (russ), but i was told that he was out of the state in either atlanta or california on a family vacation. I would much rather protect my identity by staying in the know and closing out the repair agreement to avoid confrontation but this company lacks professionalism on every level and no one seems to ever know what's going on. I have referred many individuals to this company and each of them have common complaints which has bruised my reputation. Upon my research of the owner of the credit repair co, I also found relative information to the founder of best hand credit solutions. The owner has started and abruptly closed down a few other businesses such as a hair weave company relocating 3 times within 2 years and actually closing down within 3years. The hair store is no longer open which raises many questions as to why can't the owner create a solid and lengthy foundation in order to become reputable while providing products that are in very high demand. The example emails are far too large to attach that ScamPulse.com has requested. However I do hope that fraud credit repair companies that are out to steal and destroy the identity of working class people or any innocent person for that matter, be brought to a justified end. For the safety of myself and my family I do wish to be anonymous to the company if investigation takes place.
