They have you go through the hiring process, advertise their services publicly on their website, and maintain constant communication via phone, text messaging, and emails. They offer 1099 contract employment opportunities as administrative assistants to inspect/reship packages and help clients invest in bitcoins. Ordered bed charged $ 87 in May. Then 2 weeks later a charge for $ 28.74. I got that back from my bank. Changed my debit card and just today got hit with another charge of $28.74. Called bank and changing my card AGAIN!. Hope this is the end of it. The bank said that they can update a change in your account numbers and still charge. I was instructed to change my pin number but I never gave them my pin number of course. Not sure why the bank can't just decline access to my account and stop anything that comes in from them. Oh and of course didn't get the bed.

I ordered a small dog bed back on May 6 and to this day I haven't received anything. I didn't even get an order number. I just tried calling the 1-855-639-4802 number and I got a recording that said, "this number has been disabled". What a scam. Never again will I order anything that's advertised on FB.

Ordered a xxl dog bed did not get a tracking no or anything after you put you info in took 96.95 out of my checking on 5-7-2020 as of 7-8-2020 no bed. When you call the no no answer send e-mail no answer.

Update received the dog bes in July. Sent it back because I ordered xxl. Sent me a small. It is now November and still haven't gotten my refund. Tried calling and emailing the FTC and they are useless as well. Now it might be time to take best offers usa to court!

i ordered a pet bed as well. They sent me an email stating they would initiate a refund per my request because I canceled it, This was May of 2020. I received another email stating because of the pandemic going on they were way behind on there orders. YA OK. I emailed the BBB from out in there country and still haven't heard from them either. Maybe it's time we all get a lawyer and file something on these aholes!

I ordered two of those pet calming beds on MAy 3rd 2020. The money came right out of my bank and I have NEVER as of today July 2nd 2020 received those beds, Now for the second time you have taken out $28.74 for whatever the hell it is and I even contacted my bank to STOP the payment in JUNE and now there is a pending one for JULY Taking peoples hard earned money is not ok with me and it better come to a stop now...

I bought a bed for my furface, I canceled it right away because I was supposed to get 50% off. after a few days the charge was still on my car, I contacted my card and filed a dispute, only to find another charge of $28.74. both last month and today July 1, 2020 another charge for 28.74 making it a total of $144.48. i am not the only one this has happened to. how can we get out money back and stop future lost of money?

Placed an order for 5 anxiety pet beds back on May 8th 2020. Company took money by May 11th. I waited no merchandise. Sent an email and they responded stating the covid19 w[censored]ding things up. Since then I have sent several emails with no response whatsoever and tried to call phone number. It says the number has been disabled. Upon trying to check my order status with the only number I have on my receipt from them says “NO ORDER FOUND” AND NOW IM VERY SUSPICIOUS AFTER READING THAT THIS IS HAPPENED YO SEVERAL OTHERS. And on top of it all they are taking money out of peoples accounts or credit cards a month or so later for no purchases at all. I just want a refund and I can’t get anyone to answer me. I attempted to contact them any way I can including messenger - the place that did get back to me was under a different name and said they were not them ( top trend store) and I see they have a ton of bad against them as well for not sending merchandise. Someone did say they think they’re using different names ( savinspree) is another. Today I see they have a Facebook page again that does not look similar to the one I ordered from. Be careful I’m not sure what this company is up to and as of yet no merchandise and no refund

I ordered (2) dog beds on facebook 5/1/2020. I have tried contacting them numerous times and still have not received the beds. Two times different amounts have gone through my bank. This morning I noticed another charge pending. I see from all the complaints I'm not the first one. Will be more careful next time, and won't order through facebook!

Best offers usa I looked at ad on Facebook that advertised fluffy dog bed. I wanted one medium gray bed when I put my card number the invoice states 4 beds. I ordered a 2XL dog bed on 4/30/2020. I emailed the online company on 5/15/2020 to see if it had been shipped. I received a response back that on 5/15/2020 that because of Covid-19 their ship times were delayed and it would take 1-5 weeks for delivery and they apologized for the inconvenience. I emailed 5/21/2020 and wanted an email with a confirmation number that it had shipped and received no response. I emailed again on 6/8/2020 and again no response. I'm out $87.00 at this point. I tried to file a complaint with BBB, but not sure if I filled out form incorrectly because it wouldn't let me file.

I ordered the pet bed on 5-8 and have emailed them 5 times. Then they told me it would take up to 5 weeks, which I still have not received. Then on 5-26 my credit card was billed again. When I call the number that is on my credit card statement all it does is a single beep. On face book the price was 25.50, then when I pressed place order it came up 56.60. I immediately contacted this company, not 5 minutes after placing this order and was told I could not cancel this order. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A BIG SCAM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT LOVE THEIR PETS.

I came across the website on Facebook. I purchase and anxiety bed for my pitbull hoping that I would get the dog bed before the 4th of July. Its been over a month and no bed. I sent them a message to ask about the status of the dog bed and no reply. I then sent another message requesting to cancel the order for the dog bed and requested a full refund on my credit card. Come to my surprise I did not get a refund and instead, this company went ahead and charged an extra $28.74 without an explanation.
