big waste of money, and a even bigger waste of time.
I figure pay pal is going to have my back, so I forget about it.
2 days ago I see that the dispute has been closed in the sellers favor. WTF?
I call pay pal, to dispute this, and they said that it was closed because it says my package was delivered. Huh?
I look at the tracking number and sure enough it has been delivered. Odd?
I finally look at the description of the package, and it says that packets (packets, plural, as in several of them) had been delivered. What the heck?
How is my so called PS4 going to be delivered to me in packets? Should be a large box.
After calling PayPal back and explaining all this to them, ( I think some lady in the Philippines ) she tells me that I have to go to the post office to get some sort of paperwork to fill out and then submit to them.
This is the part where the scam really works. No one has time to do all this running around, and I don't either.
This company is getting $78 of my cash in return for shipping some BS packets to my door.
Never buying from China or through PayPal again.
PayPal you suck. Way to go making it easy for scammers.
If you end up in this situation, call them or use the account help messenger to talk to a rep, don’t just accept the “return” proposal!

Further research on the PayPal user's forum revealed others had had similar issues with this seller. These reports began in May. No one on the forum seemed successful at disputing the transaction, so I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. I have two complaints. The first is obviously against the Chinese company that ran the scam. The second is against PayPal, who I believe had complaints about this seller but kept processing transactions for these criminals.
THE LATEST PAYPAL EMAIL, IS SAYING THAT THEY "CLOSED MY CASE AND THEY RULED AGAINST ME, AND IN FAVOR OF THE FRAUDULENT WEBSITE SCAMMERS"!
HOW CAN THEY DO THAT, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT SHOWS, FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE, PEOPLE HAVE POSTED THESE COMPLAINTS? THE CHEAP PLASTIC JUNK PICTURED IN THE HELP REQUESTS, IS WHAT I RECEIVED ALSO. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS, AND NEVER TO TRUST PAYPAL, BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS, AND WON'T DO RIGHT BY VICTIMS OF THIS FRAUD! I received a tracking number from the seller after filing a dispute with PayPal. One month later, I received a small package with a cheap plastic iPhone cover. No Nintendo Switch... I reported the item to PayPal and the seller agreed to offer a full refund after I returned the package to them. They provided an address that was fully printed in Mandarin script.
At this point, I am contesting this as a fraudulent transaction through my credit union.
