No Refund

My fiancé and I ordered rally towels for our wedding. We ordered months ago and were told they would be delivered in July and they were never delivered. My fiancé contacted the company and all they said was they don't know what happened and said we would get a refund. Here we are, weeks later, order still hasn't come and still no refund. So now we're out $200+. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointing and frustrating.

100% a scam. Didnt receive order for an order placed in april. Its now august. They stopped replying to emails. So we resorted to leaving a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Which they then replied with the most unprofessional response and “refunding” our money. We’ll wait to see if that actually goes through. Doubt it after seeing reviews on BBB for the same issue. Before ordering through them, ask yourself “why don’t they have a phone number?” “Why isn’t there any Yelp reviews?” “Why are the only reviews I can find listed on their website as ‘featured’ reviews?” Then go on BBB website to find honest reviews.

Listed below is their email they sent us after not responding to previous emails, then responded to our BBB complaint.

Hi, You want to take us to court? Good luck with that!
Your complaint on BBB won’t get you anything. They are a private company who managed to fool the world into thinking they are a govt entity with legal powers, when they have no authority to make anyone do anything. All they do is send one message to us that we can choose to ignore. Companies deal with their messages for fear of losing their rating. We consider using BBB as a threat even though it won’t work with us, we got nothing More to lose with them. We don’t operate under any threat. It’s unfortunate you chose to take this action even though we could’ve delivered your order. Order has been refunded. Funds will be in your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank

Will not give a refund.

I purchased my wedding favors in March. A week before my wedding they said they couldn’t fulfill my order. It’s almost July and I have not received my refund. These people are frauds. My (now) husband is a combat vet and he’s being screwed around by some lying losers over $203+ dollars. This is ridiculous:

I purchased sunglasses as favors for a birthday party on 8/25/19 with there 2-7 days shipping it was enough time to arrive for my party. I got an email confirmation right away (within a few days) of my order being received but on-hold until payment was received and then a few hours later an email that they received my payment and were processing my order. I didn't hear anything after that, so I emailed to request a follow up on if the order would now make the party date. Linda S replies "we just found out that PayPal did not release your order payment to us, citing some nonsense issue. so we have refunded your order. In case the refund did not go through, please dispute this payment with PayPal or your credit card company. PayPal has your order amount. you will get your money back from them, for sure.....we removed PayPal option from our site since we had similar issue with other orders as well"

I called PayPal- thank goodness they have better customer service. They opened a claim, said the merchant had to request the refund from their business PayPal account but that they didn't do that so PayPal was going to try to contact them with a claim request. After 10 days PayPal emails me that BestPriceFavors did NOT respond to them so they are refunding my money. I had emailed this Linda S person back as well with no response. I am grateful that PayPal is a reputable company and that even though I was excited for these favors they were not for my wedding or huge significant event. Now after reading the other complaints I wonder if this is a scam business and if anyone has even successfully gotten a product from them.
