The website looks good, I went ahead and bought 2 rain chains on March 15, 2021. Did not receive a date of shipment or arrival, so I called the phone number on the website, it goes straight to a voicemail with no information on it. I've called everyday for 1 month and left messages, no reply. I emailed them on March 26 and I received a very short reply that they would send me a tracking number when available, I have then emailed them repeatedly to contact me ASAP, and have not heard from them again. We went as far as driving to the business location and found that it was an empty warehouse with no name of the company anywhere to be seen. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and they are investigating too!
