Scammer claimed to have a puppy that he would sell me for $800 (toy Pomeranian). After taking my money he then hit me up for a $950 "refundable transportation deposit". I "negotiated" a payment of $550. Once this payment was made, I receveid excuse after excuse why my puppy could not be transported to me.
