It is an online psychic scam. The claim/promised to contact the dead and failed miserably. No one that I spoke with has any type of psychic abilities. I was fraudulently overcharged by almost $400. The company will not refund my money. They told me everything I said was being recorded; however, I was never told of this prior to the conversation. This company lied and plays on the grief of people who lose their loved ones.

I cannot believe I fell victim to this; however, how many people think it is real. There may be some real psychics around but this company is not one of them. The reading was wrong. The woman asked who I wanted her to contact. She had not idea.

I am really upset how people can use others misfortunes to profit. All I did was ask for my money back. The company lied and stated my phone call was recorded without my knowledge or consent. Then I was told I had agreed to talk to a quack for $9 for the remainder of the call. I was then told they were billing me for almost $400. Wrong! I want this company out of business, and I want all my money back.
