Scam web site - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wanted to return the cheap knock-off Maui Jim sunglasses I ordered that were not as pictured on internet. They continually gave me excuses about how expensive it was for me for the return shipping. Instead they offered me a 5%. They were able to take my money right away but kept making excuses as to why they could not refund me ("please be patient", "our systems are down", etc.). Total rip-off. Then they had the gall to say I could get a 15% discount on my next order. I continued to press - 20 messages total from them, many repeats "very expensive to return," "why do you you have to return?" (This last one after the 12th email exchange!) Their final message, after my final message stating, as I had in every other one, to send me address for returns, was " Our warehouse is moving and we currently do not have return address.". I informed them I would be reporting to BBB.
