I contacted him about buying a $650 Rottweiler puppy that would be delivered to my address at no extra charge. He needed a $250 deposit to hold the puppy. I asked him multiple questions about the process and ultimately sent him $250 via Zelle. I felt off about it but once I received the transfer of ownership certification and sales contract, I really felt off. The grammar of the emails aren't perfect and the e-mail address for the USDA came through as [email protected], which is clearly fake. I called and asked Jackson for my money back and told him I did not want the dog. He demanded I send him $200 to change the ownership back to him. I told him I didn't feel comfortable doing that and just wanted my money back. He is still demanding more money and won't send my money back. I told him if he didn't send my money back I would file a report with the FTC. He got upset and said he would report me. When I asked to whom he would report me, he said "don't worry about it, you'll find out when it happens".
