Emails were exchanged and he was located in Dallas, TX and would have to be shipped. The cost was an extra 100 dollars to ship.
In agreement I was required to use Zelle to pay. This is money taken directly out of your checking account. It was weird because it was like 3 different names with three different emails contacting me. I didn’t want to use Zelle but, they said I promise on my children life and we are Christians and would never take from others. So we made payment for 500. Then they would send me a taking number when the kitten gets on the plane.
They used the website https://www.statespettransport.com/
It looked real until I was sent an email requiring us to buy a new crate for the kitten that would cost additional 950 dollars that would be fully refundable when kitten was delivered. I feel for it and paid the 950 dollars and waited. Then we received another email saying it requires us to take out pet insurance for an additional 1300 dollars before we could receive the kitten. We said, no way this has gone far enough. This is a scam which they insisted was not.
We have never received the kitten and lost a lot of money in the process just to make our child smile.
