I was searching for cheap airfares and Bestticketfares showed up as cheap airfares so I put in when I wanted to fly and the dates. I was told that I could not cancel the tickets which had not been issued yet. I could not pick my seats, could not take luggage. I told the guy to cancel. He told me no. I finally canceled my credit card

After paying $400.99 for my round trip tickets, I received a phone call from Harry stating that my tickets did not include seat assignment or boarding pass and that this service would cost an additional $266,00. If not purchased there would be long wait times to receive these services. After paying the additional fee, I received an email asking to rate the service. I could not seem to rate it lower than 3 stars/ I then receceived the email attached below. In the end, I did my own seat assignmnts and boarding passes online through the American app. I did not expect this hidden fee or to be coerced to give a 4 or 5 star rating for this very poor service.
