Type of a scam Online Purchase
This is the product I purchased on Jan. 30th of 2020.I was charged $84.93 for the product that I never got. I have not received my product as of 4/1/2021. Phone number lets you leave a message 669-240-5626. Says a USPS label was made on March 5th for shipping but it has not moved since that time. Emailed the company 5 different times and I get a standard form email as a reply. It is the same except as different person at the bottom. No last names, no company address. Terms and conditions mentioned Canada so the company maybe in Canada. The website is updated to create a special for each holiday. I really wanted this product but so far it has not happened. No other contact information other than the email comes labeled as Premier Trust Store. Signed by Samantha a customer service agent. She never replies to my emails. When I reply to her email I get the same standard form email again but with a different customer service agent name. I contacted my credit card company and they are looking into this transaction. I just don't want anyone else to be scammed since this is what it appears to be at this time.
