While searching the internet, I came upon this merchant’s website advertising “orthopedic” sandals that correct you posture and alignment. Based on the description and the picture of the pleasant appearance of the sandals, and the appearance that I was dealing with a US merchant , I purchased a pair for $40. After receiving a confirmation e-mail that my item had shipped, when I went to track the package, that’s when I found out it was being shipped through China post from overseas. Upon arrival, I found the shoes to be cheaply made, with NO orthopedic characteristics whatsoever. They also didnt look like the online picture or fit the top of my foot. Seeing on their website that they have a “100% customer satisfaction guarantee, and allow 30 days for a full refund, I called and e-mailed them for instructions on returning this item for a full refund. I have repeatedly tried calling and e-mailing with no response from the company. I also found out that the company has several different online names including one on Ebay.
