I made a deposit of $100 and he promised he’d have a car he was selling me ready for pick up. He has given me excuses and dodged my calls ever since and it’s been 3 months now. I’ve asked for my deposit back since he wasn’t able to get me the car in the promised time which he said would be 2 weeks max, and he won’t give me my money back and is ignoring my calls.
