My experience was exactly the same as the first person's post on November 7th. I felt comfortable with the fact that their website states that people are tired of the many scams when searching for a puppy. All the while, they are scaming. They told me the same thing. I was told $480 for a male and $500 for a female plus $150 for shipping. After I passed the screening questions pictures of the puppy with a video was sent to me. I guess that's another tactic to make you feel their legit. The first Zelle didn't go through so they sent another zelle name. You could only pay through Walmart to Walmart,, Moneygram, or Zelle. I was sent the same tracking information as the others. There was a pending status on the deliver due to a Health Insurance Certificate fee of $810 needed on the puppy in order to fly legally. I emailed [email protected] and texted back the supposed person from the delivery service. I asked Jose Morales from Bestyorkiehome.com who's Zelle didn't work, whom I've been emailing throughout the process, why this was not mentioned in any of our emails. He replied that it will be refunded. Also, the supposed delivery guy from phone #615-807-0911 told me the same thing. Red flags were starting to blow. Then I got an email from Jose with bestyorkiehome.com saying what can I pay and he will see what he can do. I told him I won't pay anything else. I have not heard not one word from him or the delivery guy since they see I finally caught on.. Here is the information from where I communicated with them both. Called my bank to resolve.

I have been looking for a yorkie for a while now and came across Best Yorkie Home's website https://bestyorkiehome.com/ to purchase a pet. I was in contact via email with the website owner and did a bit of research but apparently not enough. They sent me an email after I contacted them via their website. Their email is [email protected]. After finding out their location, the cost, and because they asked questions to screen/vet me for this puppy, I thought they were being truthful. However, I was wrong. They told me the cost for the pet was $500 dollars and $150 for shipping. I agreed and told them I needed a week to make the payment. They stated they will wait for me to make the payment. As promised, the following week I reached back out and told them I will send the money. They mentioned Zelle as a choice method of payment and I agreed. Upon sending the money, I let them know it was received and they said okay and that they will send my pet via the information first discussed when I inquired about the pet. They sent me the shipping info and mentioned that she will be shipped via plane and delivered to me. I agreed but found it a bit odd considering when I first inquired and they did the screening/vetting they asked what was my nearest airport. After this transpired, I got an email that everything is okay and she is ready to be shipped with her things and that she will be sent to me soon. I checked the status via another website showing that her shipment was pending. This was on October 22, 2021. It stated I would receive her at 10/23/2021 and she was expected to depart at 15:00 pm. Later in the afternoon, I checked the status again only to see that the status was now on hold and that I was expected to pay the shipper's for pet insurance worth $800. That is when I knew something was very wrong. I already have another dog and never paid for anything like this before for pet insurance. Pet insurance is never that expensive. They tried to convince me it was for the safety of the pet and that they were being honest. When I told them I don't have it and that I could just use my own pet insurance, I didn't get much feedback. I was only told by bestyorkiehome.com that they will see what they can do. Once I did more investigating about this company, I realized they were scamming me. I confronted them via email and have not received an email. The shipper's website is maxximpetmovers.com. They used a tracking number of *********. All the information is there showing a supposed shipment hold status. I never heard back from Best Yorkie Home since confronting them. I tried disputing this with my bank but the transaction was denied and I reached out to Zelle and I'm waiting on a response. I want my $650 back and I want this company to be exposed for the scam artists that they are.

bestyorkiehome.com is the online presence for this scammer who claims to be in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. They show beautiful pictures of the puppies they have for sale then verify your phone number, then email you with the instructions as how to make payment then tell you for $150 someone will personally escort your puppy to the nearest airport to you and then the escort will deliver the puppy to your street address after you pay for your puppy. They have various ways for you to make your payment online or Walmart but no Credit or Debit cards or mail in of payments. They've got your name, your phone number, your street address all from you answering their questions to get you thinking it is a real business.
