I made an online purchase for 2 airline tickets from the PHL airline to PUJ international airport in advance 4 months ahead of time through Bestairfare. I arrive to the departing airport and was told there were no flights under mine or my financees name although I have an itinerary for Delta on the date I arrived from Bestairfare. I then was told the tickets were withdrawn from delta shortly after the purchase and I need to check back with travel agent which I used. I reach out to the agent that sold me tickets and they claim they weren’t aware of the cancelation and they wouldn’t be able to help me get a new flight for vacation. I was advised by the Bestairfare agent to call back later because they didn’t have any updated info on my tickets. Since then I tried to get a refund for my 1196.00 loss through the Bestairfare and they refuse to take the responsibility of it. Instead there are passing the buck and insisting Delta is responsible. I did not pay Delta any money so there is no refund due from them. Please shut these scammers down. Thank you!!!
