SCAM ‼️

I got an Instagram offer for pots using the likeness of Selena Gomez offering the deal. Seemingly legit with a limited timer for purchase is totally a scam.

#1 The invoice shows the purchase date of 3/21/24 although I purchased it on 3/18/24

#2 This morning I had an attempted charge to my debit card from
Buysublimegadgets.com for 104.80 that I didn’t make. Thank goodness my card was locked 🔐. Amount lost $7:85

I was scrolling Facebook and saw ad about new gadgets for the year and went to it. After going through page a pop up came up and said I won this 5 pot and lid set from Le Creuset Cookware all I had to do was pay shipping. I called 2 weeks later the customer service number from screenshot I took at end of order and the agent kept saying he couldn't find me and couldn't help. When I asked for supervisor I was hung on..

All Photo are attached in section because I purchase from my phone. The photos: ship to, customer service contact information, thank you for my order receipt.

In use that date they use 09/02/2024 indicate Sept 2, 2024. September hasn’t reach yet. This is mid- March. Perhaps that was the indication of a RED Flag [scam]. I see the same ad once again. It’s a shame META continue to place these scam ad on the platform. It also a shame that there is no place to complain on META platform. However, you have a lot of hacker who are probably not a white/blue hat.They are ready to charge an arm and a leg to go on the dark web for information. If i was working for the company and I was a hacker, why would i go to the dark web if they info should be int he platforms database. Makes no sense!

Ad included Selena Gomez advertising Le Creuset cookware available for shipping charge only of $7.85 due to minor flaws. Paid with credit card and several fraudulent charges were processed within a few days. Cancelled card and advised that fraudulent charges may not be refunded.

I saw a video ad in my Instagram feed in which the singer Selena Gomez invites everyone to submit an order to receive a Le Creuset cooking set free of charge, and we would only pay for shipping. In the video she says the sets are being given out for free due to a packaging error, which does sound a bit strange, like something is off. But because the scammers somehow were able to incorporate the singer's voice and her look in the ad, your guard is being let down. Those crooks are getting smarter by the day. Horrible.
