My fiance and I each paid $420 (totaling $840) for a male, standard french bulldog puppy, approximately 10weeks old, his name was King Dior. I've contacted the merchant/breeder numerous times since the initial transaction about refunding the money. He said no, that wasn't possible. I repeatedly kept asking him to refund my money. The 4th day after paying the breeder: I then received an email from the shipping company asking for even more money $1,400+ for a different crate to ship the puppy in. I emailed the merchant and the shipping company and told them I didn't have that kind of money. The breeder tried to say it was my responsibility and that when I paid the money, it would be immediately refunded upon my receipt of the puppy. I once again told the breeder that I didn't have the money and he tried to act like it was my fault that I hadn't received the puppy yet this is (4 days after him receiving payment). I threatened to breeder with contacting local law enforcement, reporting him to BBB, and reporting him to the local ASPCA. He became mad and said that yes, he could refund my money but it would be 2 months before he could. The merchant shows no remorse for what he's done.
