I ordered a sectional sofa with ottoman on 12-6-22 with express delivery. They emailed me with a tracking number and said due to the holidays the logistics warehouse is full and to be patient. I’ve been emailing them all week now and they will not reply but my account now says my [censored]s been delivered! Where? Cuz it definitely ain’t at my house! I’m so mad I could spit nails! The site said it was Wayfair. Come to find out it’s NOT Wayfair! Now I dont even have any living room furniture because I got rid of my old to make room for the new! If I can get my hands on these people…. It’s NOT going to be pretty!

I order furniture on the 12/10/2022 and I got one email from them ,that my or was going to be shipped out from China,I just have my order number,that is 1295-0000000000000748 so where is it at. It was 6-Piece Modular Fabric Sectional .So when will I get it !

I got scammed from www.cppook.com it looks like wayfair but it's not.
And if you go to www.cppook.com on a desk top it's a complete different site .
I called the web hosting Cloudflare that's hosting this site and I actually contacted the CEO the directors and 9 other people from this company cloudflare.com and they won't do anything nobody has contacted me reached out to me nothing
This so so odd that I have contacted many different agencies like to police and internet police and nobody is doing anything to stop this .
This site is scamming at a rate of 1 Per second.
If anybody what to try here is the email for the people that need to take it down I have tried with no Success

I ordered a couch from this company, they sent me a receipt that looked like I purchased from Way Fair. They sent me tracking information. When it finally updated it said the couch delivered on Dec 16th. I didnt receive the couch and when trying to resolve it. The company said it shows delivered so talk to your Post office. I called the post office and the tracking number they gave me is fake and not registered. I called Way Fair and they are not affiliated with them. This is a complete fraud I am attaching all the documents and email I received from them I hope someone catches them.

Ordered a shed that my socially challenged son who is on the spectrum, chose to get for his 16th birthday. He hasn't left the house in over a year dealing with the phobias that cripple him with anxiety but he actually chose something that although may seem like another way for him to stay inside would actually be a huge step for him but it was all to easy and I should have seen it coming. The order that I specifically made a point of ticking the "must sign for delivery" boxes to avoid my disrespectful neighbour stealing yet another order of my family's when the Navigation App used here accidentally took it to her address (I also made note of all this in the small comments box, like I always do I stated it was important to look for my street sign before trusting the Nav system etc.) Unfortunately it's been delivered apparently (I never signed for it!) since the 7th of Dec and I've been emailing and trying to call an actual human, hell I'd settle for a computer at this stage to track down the right department to correct the error but it's impossible so I'm assuming that I've just been scammed and despite the struggle I already have at Christmas as a single mum with 3 kids 2 of which have birthdays the same week as Christmas I'm supposed to just suck it up and let it go...

I purchased a generator on line October 30th. As of today, I have not received it.
1. The tracking number is no good.
2. I do not have a phone number to call and make a complaint.
3. This item is a Christmas gift. I paid for it.
4.I want it or my money back.
Now where is it?

Thought we were ordering a sofa bed. Got the email stating that we had ordered almost $80 worth of some fancy glasses? Tried to cancel the order and it won't let me. Tried calling the number listed and of course it's not a good number. I want my money back. I will be contacting the better business bureau. This is a huge scam! The pic shows walmart. So i thought it was affiliated with walmart.

I ordered a giant beanbag filler included 9 months ago. Can’t contact company. Have not received my purchase. Order number 1096. This is a scam. Will tell all friends and family on Facebook. If this is received by anyone, please contact me to let me know what the problem is and how do I get my product or my money back.

Ordered a sofa bed months ago, emailed them once and was told it will take some time to get. Tried emailing again saying I want a refund but no response at all. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Souls of known this way too good of a deal but when you don’t have much you look for good buys. I am moving and need this ASAP. Ridiculous that a person can’t get any response

I am so pissed off! I'm a widow, on a fixed income , with my health failing and I ordered 2 massage , recliners on 4/10/22 and I have not received the nor have I been able to communicate with ANYONE ! 1st of all , the phone # is bogus .. not a working # ! So 2nd of all , I e- mailed them 4 times asking about the status of my order, with NO response! I'm very upset that my information is floating around cyberspace! And why Facebook market place would allow this scamming co. To do this to people on Facebook is beyond me ! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ! I spent almost $100 !

I ordered a seat, and couch, I should've known better if it's too good to be true, then it probably is. But what worries me is that my home address, and credit info is in cyberspace... It upsets me that one can use facebook security and the name Walmart then use paypal to purchase items and not one of these sites can pick up on the fraudulent activities. This is the smartest country on the planet. What am I paying taxes for... Not worried, I will get my refund, one way or another, and the rest can go toward the national debt. China will soon be paid in full.

Hi I’ve been waiting well over a month now I’ve not received anything or even any information provided to state where my item is or when will receive it you have took out the money from my account and just been sat waiting for nothing to turn up. Casual Chair with 360-Degree Swivel.
I purchased this Chair from them months ago I have never received it I tried to contact them at the email they show on there site . But no one has ever returned a response from the emails that I sent to them I have emailed them many times with no luck.There has to be some way to get our Money back from them some one has to be able to help us with this Scam site. If anyone knows who to contact to get the ball rolling on Prosecuting this Company for theft of money and Merchandise.

I had purchased a round swivel chair back on December 11, 2021. And I have not received a response or the item from them. I have emailed them 2 times already with no answer what's so ever, I see I'm not the only one that's gotten screw from this company. I think that the BBB should step in and do something to help us, I'm not sure if they can help us because The business is not in the United States. I would like to get my money back $44.69 or my Swivel chair one or the other will be fine.

I'm trying to track my order and researching this company or whoever they are...I can't find them on FB marketplace...I personally think FB should be responsible for some of this because they are allowing fake companies and fake representation on products... pisses me off because FB won't do crap????
