I placed an online order on September 2022, for two screen doors and a few supplies. The website, www.bestcustomscreens.com, seemed very promising. Had an excellent review and was very customer-centric. Was I wrong big time? No updates on my orders until I called and emailed them several times, then I finally received my first shipment on Nov. 2022, small supplies only. When I contacted them, they said they are in delayed and will send the screen doors. On Dec. 2022, only one screen door was delivered. I contacted them and emailed them the proof of delivery as they requested. They said they will fix the problem and will deliver the missing item immediately. Again, no words. I finally reached them on Jan. 2023. They again promised to solve the issue right away since they had it in their stock. Ever since then, I have never heard back from them. I've emailed and called and left voicemails requesting updates on my screen door or giving me a refund. I was tired of calling and emailing them, so I filed a complaint to ScamPulse.com to resolve the problem on Feb 2023. I got a note from ScamPulse.com that this place is out of business and cannot be contacted. You can clearly see this business is still running on the website with the address. They are not promising the product the customer purchased and taking the money. Having the customer chase down on them to receive a product that the customer paid for, is not right. Furthermore, taking money from the customer and not providing the product that is promised is definitely fraud.
