Someone from this company charged me for a purchase i didn't make twice! I want my money refund now!

I ordered two keto type-products that totaled $13.90. I paid for and received those. Then a charge for $119.98 appeared on my card. I called the 1-833-471-7784 # and spoke with someone who agreed to remove the charge and told me I would receive confirmation via email, which I did not. Now, I have a second new charge on my credit card for $119.98. I did not authorize either of these charges and don't know what they are for. I called my credit card company who is investigating and sending me a new card. Two different company names were used on these charges. The name of the other company is Herbalwellnesslimdiet with the same phone number. I sincerely hope my credit card company can resolve this. I told my credit card company that I was reporting these to the ScamPulse.com and they told me that was a very good idea and they appreciated me doing that.

I had received an email from what legitimately appeared to be Sam's requesting a survey over how I felt about Sam's Membership. Whenever it concluded it gave me a free offer where I only had to pay tax and shipping and then that was supposedly going to be it. I went ahead and agreed for a company called best dietary supplement Pro slimness. They didn't send me any confirmation emails and they did not make it known that it was putting me into a subscription. Today they ended up charging me $91.90 which really hurts me. And every time I call they won't let me talk to real supervisors. I keep getting the same person several times in a row and they only will refund my money if I supposedly get my bank to have a conference call with all three of us. When in the world have y'all ever heard of this. They took my rent money is part of what I needed desperately and now I don't know what else to do I need help and these people need to pay me back. And people need to know to stay the heck away from them I had to cancel my card and again I didn't agree to any of this nor did I authorize this.
