This website is complete scam. These people are criminals. Booked a flight with them last May. The day before the flight was scheduled to depart, I found out that no flight had been booked with the actual airline. I called them and they told me they were resolving it. On the phone with the airline, I learned that this was not true. They were making incomplete bookings. They had already charged my credit card. I had to buy a ticket direct from the airline to make the next day flight. Told by bestflightsearch that I would receive a refund within 10-15 business days via check as they were not able to refund my credit card. No check was ever received. I called them once a month until December. Each time I was told the check would be issued. They even confirmed my address (just in case) and then did not send. These people deserve to be sued and shut down. Completely unscrupulous scammers!

Booked a flight with Best Flight Search.com. Got to the Airport ticket had been cancelled. I called their customer service and they recharged my account at $1134.00 after I had already paid 474.00 for tickets. Ticket was purchased on May 11, 2020, I was recharged on May 21, 2020. I have not received any money to date almost a year later. TOTAL SCAM!

This company has multiple complaints against them. Not sure how they are still operating. We booked a flight with them for a flight 5/20/20. We tried to do early check in (less than 24 hours before flight) and nothing was found. We called the airlines and were told that the booking company had cancelled our flight just hours before. We contacted the booking company and after 2 1/2 hours later, we were told that there were no more flights. I was told that my account would be credited within 5-7 days. 6 weeks later, still no credit on my account. I called them again on 7/1/20. After waiting over 15 mins on the phone, I asked to talk with a manager and they hung up on me. I called back and again waited over 15 mins and still was not put through because they claimed the manager was not there and they would call me back the next day. I was assured that my account would be credited in 5-7 days. I did not get a call back.

After having a cyber crime investigator check them out, they not only scam people on flights but they operate a check forwarding scam. Something needs to be done!

You make the flight reservations. Its sent to you it checks out you think everything's fine then the flight gets canceled by them an they no longer answer your calls or emails.They have your money an your left with bad memories an no vacation.
