Return Policy:
1. We do not have any return labels. We only have the return address and the customer will shoulder the return cost. If any custom fees or taxes are incurred, it’s the responsibility of the customer. A Return Tracking Number and Return receipt are required for us to issue a refund.
2. We will refund the amount you paid for the items and if there's some shipping fee or applied discount, it will be automatically removed from the refund.
3. Your return package must be mailed out within 30 days from the date you received the return instructions
4. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging with the original product label tags.
5. After receiving the return package, we will check if the package meets our return conditions, if it does, a refund will be issued to your payment method on file. Please check your payment account, the refund will be transferred within 7-15 business days.
