I ordered 8 solar lights myself , a month and 1/2 later a small box arrives of cheap [censored] dollar store quality. I emailed PayPal after I emailed bestka and they never responded. PayPal told me sell will give refund once you send back to China
Um...pig would have cost more than 56.00 to send to China
So I disputed charge with my credit cars company and won, and got rid of PayPal too. They are in favor of all scammers.
Buyer beware., next time I'm making sure I read reviews to a company before I order.

Don’t buy from this company! They do a bait and switch deal with customers. I tried to return their cheap merchandise sent and they ignored me. I tried disputing with PayPal...they dragged out a decision where I had no choice but to dispute with my Credit card company before 90 days were up and I would have no recourse. I provided my CC (Capital One) with documents and other supporting evidence like people’s complaints and the charge was reversed in my favor! Thank you Capital One! ?

Solar Flare Torch Lights By Bestka advertised on Facebook. Ordered 10 for a total of $61. in May. They took forever to arrive and when they did they weren't what I ordered the Solar Flame Torches were infact little dollarama solar lights. I had to send 3 emails to the seller and only in the third email did I say I will be looking at getting my money back did I get a response. They said that was what I had ordered.
I filed a complaint with PayPal and was told that my claim has been approved and all I had to do was send the product back and once it is received I will get a refund. So last week I shipped the product back costing me $24. I then communicated with Paypal as I was supposed to upload the tracking information but I didn't have anywhere to upload it to so one of the customer service people uploaded it for me and told me all was good. 2 Days later I get an email back from Pay pal saying that since I didn't ship the product back that my claim is now denied. I'm really confused as now I am out $100 and have no product at all. That was the first time I have ever used Pay pal and it is the last. The company Bestka is a scam as there are many people who experienced the same thing all around the same time and Pay Pal has done nothing about it but take our money.

I ordered flickering flame torches from Bestka. I received "cheap" pathway lights. I emailed the company and had interactions with them stating I wanted to return the items I received because the items were not what I had ordered. There was no resolution with them. I contacted PayPal who initially began an investigation but ultimately denied the claim due to a tracking issue. This was despite photos and copies of emails with the company. Shame on the company. Shame on PayPal.

If you paid with your CC via PayPal you have 90 days to file a dispute. I provided my Cc company with documents, photos of what was ordered and what was sent, plus many blog complaints and they just found in my favor! Don’t let this scamming company walk away with your hard earned money. Shame on Facebook for posting their ads and PayPal for not helping scammed customers! Capital One had no problem making this right!

Given a tracking number here the order was coming from China couldn't understand why the unusual tracking number.. Never received the items by the end of May. Filed a complaint with PayPal. Small package arrives towards the end of June 2020 from "Jon", 2352 Bent Creek Road, Auburn, Alabama 36830. Package contained 10 Tobago Solar LED Lights. Pure junk. PayPal left me stuck . My PayPal credit card for $61.?. Cancelled my credit card from PayPal from Synchrony Bank. End of story. It was a scam and I got stuck. Read online others where other people scammed also. Do not order anything on Facebook.

Took me a year dont bother with PAYPAL they are worthless, fight with your credit card company within six months you will get your money back. Just got mine back I didn't give up! Take a few screen shots of these other stories,, of what you got and what you were to get and take a few pics of

Can you file complaint with Syncrony Bank? You should have 90 days to file. I did with my cc company and provided info, pics. Nd blog complaints. Got my money back from these Chinese scammers!

File with their cc bank 90 day dispute, back it up with all correspondence of lack of it, photos of what you ordered and what was sent, plus numerous blog complaints. I got credited back. It’s obviously a bait and switch scam!

I ordered 2 flame torches and received the cheapest outdoor lights you could get. Probably worth £2 quid. I paid 16 dollars for some crap outdoor lights.DONT touch this company. I order solar flame torch May 14 Buy 8 get l0% off 6.99 each. I received today individual 12" solar lights that you buy at Wal-Mart for $1.00. I paid $55.92 USD
I am angry, disappointed and rarely send reviews but this for the sake of others I would not recommend this company. I pray I can get my money back, even though I would rather have the torches.
When trying the number 1-800-221-1161 is never answered. Just says test passed. The email address I am to use ([email protected]) is never answered.

As came up on Facebook and Instagram. I purchased 14 solar flickering lights. Turns out they are from China. They claim they were delivered. They were not. I should have researched company before purchasing. Reviews state they are fraudulent company. It’s a Scam. I’ve learned my lesson not to buy anything from ads off of Facebook or Instagram. I just submitted dispute to PayPal and my credit card company.
