I placed an order on January 2024, and as of June 23, 2024, I have not received my package. I contacted a representative via email ([email protected]) in March, was informed it was delivered late. I explained I never received the package, in which the rep told me to contact my local post office. When I did, they said that the tracking number was fraudulent and was not associated with their database. When I contacted the above email, I was given a link, that says, "Wrong Site" when I open it up. I asked for replacement but got no response.
