-Returned in August paid $30 shipping costs to Colombia
-NO ANSWER until we followed-up in November 2023
-It “coincidentally” arrived at the store that very same day; 3 months after shipping
-Reimbursement requested several times
-Excuse: too late to reimburse via credit card
-I had to follow up again; was asked and sent bank info for electronic reimbursement and NOTHING. So now they have bank account details
-I had to follow up AGAIN—this started in August and it’s now December
-Finally, on December 3—reimbursement via PayPal for $57
-MONEY AMOUNT WAS WRONG. IT'S MARCH 2024 an still nada.
So, don’t order anything you might have to return—this was a money-losing deal
