Purchase an portable air conditioner and have not received it yet, the money was taken out of my account, and it’s been 3 weeks, and when I tried to contact them from the number on the site, it’s a Doctor’s office, that number is 699-240-5626,so their was another number I found which is 850-290-7182, again to no avail, so I need to know what other steps am I supposed to take, I can be reached at (805) 509-6423 so that we can resolve this issue, thank you and may GOD BLESS YOU
