I was trying to look for plane tickets and this company, BestTicketFare.com, seemed to trustworthy. I had never gone through any ticket sites or anything before so I didn’t know that third-party sources were not as trustworthy. I got a confirmation email and felt a little bit sketched out by it so I looked into it and found out it was a scam and canceled my card immediately I got a call from some representatives that work there saying that I had purchased a ticket in the payment was gonna go through in 24 to 48 hours and that there was no way to get a refund. Luckily I canceled my card before they had gotten to taking any money and whenever they tried to take a payment and it didn’t work. They sent me an email saying that they are going to refund me because the flight that I chose got canceled even though I know that it is because my card didn’t go through because I blocked It.

Pirchased a ticket online from BestTicketFare.com and recived an email stating it was confirmed but not booked. And and email would come in 4 hrs stating it was booked, before that another email came saying to call them. When called I was told I was on standby, i told them that wouldn't work, and since no ticket was confirmed or issued to refund and cancel. They refused and tried to upsell to a flight 3 times the price. They refised to cancel it even though there was not ticket transacted. I cancelled the credit card and they were not able to charge it.

The flight seemed legit. There was no indication I saw when purchasing flight tickets from bestticketfare.com this was a scam. After setting dates for flight I receive an email from [email protected] about a hold in my flight pending action. They then call stating the airline will more than likely change my flight dates even though the flight is no where near full. They would not offer me a refund for the $386 I paid even though they have not provided me tickets. Stating that if I cancel that I will still be charged and not offered a refund they are a scam and need to be shutdown immediately.

When looking for a ticket on Bestticketfare.com, the scammer shows one price… After the ticket is purchased… Then they call you telling you that that price is no longer valid and they try charging you an additional $300 to keep your original flight. I lost $400.

- San Antonio, TX, USA • Mar 18, 2026

This website, BestTicketFare.com, will list ticket prices at ridiculously low amounts but not tell you about no bags are allowed including carryons until they call you after you buy your ticket. They will claim its on their website but it is not in either the website or their confirmation email. Then they will call you and tell you that the airline's made a change and tell you the new cost is way more than what it would be going straight through the airline.

Bestticketfare.com advertise a flight that I was looking for at a cheap price. Once you purchase the tickets, they call you and say that you purchased flexible tickets and the flight you purchased is not available. Also, they say you cannot cancel or receive a refund, but the flight wasn't cancel because i called the airline. So, then they go buy the tickets with your card and charged the price of a 2nd ticket for their service charge, costing me $404 total.

The company BestTicketFare.com appears on the google website when you enter cheap airfares as one of several companies to check low cost airfare. It appeared as a result with the lowest airfare. Once, I booked using my credit card, I got an urgent message to call BestTicketFare. I was then told my seat was not guarantee, no-carry on or luggage was allowed but for an extra charge of several hundred dollars which included a $50 discount I could pay and get a guaranteed seat with luggage. I told them to cancel ticket and was told if I cancelled even though I had just purchased the ticket there would be no refund and in order not to lose my initial payment I would need to pay the extra charge. I know airlines allow up to 24 hours after the purchase of a ticket you are allowed to cancel.

- Florence, KY, USA • Sep 03, 2025

You book a flight through them and once the payment goes through they will call you. They say your ticket is actually a standby ticket and you cannot bring any bags or a carryon. This is not advertised when purchasing.

I put cheaptickets on google search and got a menu of different ticket providers. One of the was bestticketfare.com, where I booked a flight to PHX for wed oct 22 and returning from PHX on oct 27. This is an international flight from outside the US to Phoenix. They were charging me $364.37, which I thought was a great deal, so I went for it. My first suspicion was when i received an email from them telling me that ...  While your booking is successful, a confirmation mail along with your e-tickets will reach you shortly (within 4 hours or so). Please note that your purchase will be considered “complete” only when the ticket is issued. Until ticketed, the fares are not guaranteed. In the rare event of a fare increase. ..., then I received another email ... Your flight booking with reservation number UF46TR is on hold due to an unreachable phone number; you are requested to call +1-833-228-5672 to resolve any outstanding issues... So I called and ‘Rico’ answers me and starts pressuring me saying that I had bought a ticket which included only a personal item up to 4 pounds, (that is my wallet, belt, shoes and keys!), that the regular ticket with 25 pound carry on and check in luggate of 50 pounds was going to cost me $728.99, This is when I got on grok.com and basically grok told me to be careful. So I went along with 'Rico' while i temporarily disabled my credit card at my bank. Rico sent me an email that I had to reply to in order to consent. This is the body of the email ... bestticketfare.com requests you to confirm the flight itinerary for Mauricio Rivas by replying to the email with your confirmation of acknowledgment to proceed with the payment of USD 728.99 for your journey from San Salvador to Phoenix via Houston on Wed, 22 Oct at 01:25 PM and returning on Mon, 27 Oct at 07:50 PM, please reply to this email with your confirmation of acknowledgement ... At this point i did not return any email and I basically told rico to cancel the reservation. He kept telling me that United.com was going to charge me $364.37 plus 106 ($53 for the inital trip, $53 for the return trip) cancelation fees. At this point i went to united.com, and the confirmation number UF46TR did not exist, so I told him repeatedly that I wanted to cancel the reservation, he kept telling me that he could not do anything about it and at the end I hung up. The phone number I called was 833-228- 5672.

I booked a flight. I call them to get a confirmation number. They couldn’t give that to me. I wanted to cancel and they wouldn’t. I haven’t been charged yet. I called and complained to 3 different people. They keep me on hold for 40 minutes. Now they are not answering there phone. I’m going to wait to see if they charge me.

This website comes up when searching for plane tickets, and initially seemed legit, as it was comparing prices with Priceline, etc. However, it then gets you to call them after putting in your secure info: CC, name, address, email, phone. Once you call they basically try to sell you bogus tickets, (or perhaps the worst possible ticket they can find), and then tell you it will be another 280.00 to add a check bag. They tell you that you have "already submitted your purchase, and if you cancel it is non-refundable." When in fact on the site it says it is a "booking," not a purchase. This appears to be an Indian scam organization. They repeatedly tried to bully me into agreeing with the charges, transferring me to different people, which I continued to refuse. The urgency of the conversation was a huge red flag, I finally hung up and called my CC customer service. Now I am getting SPAMMED with calls, emails, messages after dealing with them. My CC provider said they could not block them, but call if a charge shows up. It is days after my flight, and they keep harassing me with emails and phone calls telling me to contact them about an "urgent" matter. This is 100% a fraud/scam and needs to be shut down. Look at the website and you can see there they boast big discounts, but HURRY.

I have no ideal if this this place was called I made reservations on the 6th of March to fly to Dallas, Tx. On mm return flight I had to take the one stop because it was too expensive to fly back straight flight. My credit catd statement cane in and $106.66 was added to the card and I have no ideal why. I called but I am placed on hold and no one will answer this was made on March 5, 2025, I booked the flight on the 6th of March.

Advertise an international air ticket for $376.84 when you call they say your ticket has a lot of restrictions, NO carry on, No bagagge, NO online check in, Fly is not guaranty the airline can cancele your fly at any time because they call that "double booking" and you can be on stand by several days. So they tried me to upgrade my fly at two times my initial ticket fare. Wanted to cancele my ticket they say your ticket is not refundable and if you cancele there ia a extra $150 for cancelation fee. Talked to a guy name "Marvin Carter" eventhough he has a very strong indian accent.

This was not listed as a flexible date booking, I Booked a flight on a discount site, (CheapFlights.com) through the company BestTicketFare.com and was called within the hour trying to up sale me for an additional 400 - 500 dollars. After several attempts they changed to an additional 300 dollars. ($150.00 per leg) When that did not work they called back about 3 hours later and said that the airlines had changed the dates to the following week and if i wanted the original dates I would have to pay an upcharge of up to $1000.00 dollars to keep my schedule. I tried numerous times to cancel but they insisted i would be charged the full price and would loose my booking if I did not pay

I purchased tickets for my bachelorette party weekend in Las Vegas and this company took over $1600.00 from me. I ended up having to file a police report for theft of service since they never gave me my tickets and told me to call multiple numbers. 1-866-830-5039, 1-800-673-5302, 1-888-405-4451, and 1-833-228-5672 which is their main number on their website. When you call that number, they tell you that they are their answering service, which is BS. The BBB, AG, and state of Texas are apparently aware of the scam. Thankfully, my bank isn't having any part of it so I am getting my money back. Do not use any site that doesn't give you your tickets immediately. Thanks everyone!

They are a scammer do not use them. There are multiply people affect by these scammers. If you used them call your bank and cancel the depending on charges and uses this as a reference. We spoke to Abby Wilson and scammed us of over 500.00 for plane tickets.

I went online to purchase an airline ticket from Detroit to New Orleans, Today, Tuesday, October 29, 2024 @ 2:12pm. My Son was paying for the ticket. When it did not come out right away I got suspicious and tried to pull up the web page and nothing popped up. I then looked online for the company and immediately was warned it was a scam.

My son has put an online block on his card so hopefully they do not have a way around it but something needs to be done about this "scam" company.

Any information you can give me about bestticketfare.com I would greatly appreciate it.

I did send an email to email address that was provided and let them know that we have already contacted the bank so hopefully they will not attempt to get the money.

Thank You

Michelle Kinchen

Bait and switch - offers low prices on airfare, then once they have your info call you to tell you that you will not have basic "amenities" like the ability to bring ANY bag on the flight - not even a personal bag, that you cannot check in online and must show up at the airport 3 hrs prior to boarding to check in, that it is non-refundable and if you cancel you will be "blackballed" and unable to book any flight anywhere forever. Then tried to charge my credit card 3 times but was unable to do so since I had locked my card.

The website offered flights at a low price. Under the price, it said "Price per person (inc. taxes and fees). No bags included." After selecting the flight, adding in your name, email, phone number, and credit card, it seems like you've booked a flight. Then, someone calls on the phone to explain some restrictions on your flight. They tell you that you cannot check in early, cannot bring any bags (checked or carry on). They offer to look up some options. The new options are twice as much as the price you agreed to. When you tell them you'd like to cancel then, they say that there are no refunds and they have already charged you the original amount. They send an email with the information on the new price, you have to respond "I agree", and they will charge you for the flight. I did receive actual flight confirmations, but there was additional charge of about $312 on my account that comes from "All season travel LLC". This was a bait-and-switch scenario where you think you are getting a cheap price for a flight but then they double the price, plus an extra "fee" for their travel service. There was no fine print about no-refunds or these so-called restrictions on the tickets upfront. Also, the customer service agents sounds as if they are in a call center in another country, and have fake names like Cheryl Mathew and Rhett Butler. Others have reported the same situation happened to them with this company.

I checked for flights to Florida through a site called bestticketfare.com. I booked around trip flight for $441. A short time later I got a call from a man with an Indian accent (Michael), telling me I was going to have to show up for my flight 5 hours early, I couldn't pick my seat, and I couldn't take ANY bags with me. He then told me it was going to cost me an extra $900 for the flight I wanted. He did, however, tell me he could get me into another airport for an additional fee of $200, and then I could check-in online, not have to show up 5 hours early, and could bring a bag. It was all very urgent, and scammy feeling. He wouldn't even let me call my buddy to check if the other airport was ok with him, without staying on hold while I called. I hung up on "Michael" and then I got 13 consecutive calls...ALL FROM DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. I notified my bank, and will probably have to cancel my card. DON'T use cheapflights.com, and definitely don't use BESTTICKETFARE.COM
