I ordered a wig online on January 14, 2021. About three weeks later I sent an email asking for an update on my order and got a lovely response. I emailed again checking in and got another response. The last time I emailed I did not get a response and that is when I suspected something was up. It had been over a month since I had ordered the product. I’m not sure if it helps but my order number was 61112952.
