“Person” initially emailed my business email with a large order for cupcakes. The English was not very good and didn’t make a lot of sense. They then text my phone. Whenever I would respond their answer seemed odd. They then asked me to do them a favor. They wanted me to charge their event planner because the planner didn’t have access to credit cards. Once I charged them that, they wanted me to send the planner the money. When I stated I did not feel comfortable charging for someone else’s business they replied with “ok bye”. The whole thing seemed off from the beginning.
