I called this service at 7:00 pm on Oct. 23rd (their website listed a local number) while in Sarasota FL because I had a flat tire and was stranded. They charged me $499 for someone to come out and change my tire. They told me someone would contact me within 30-60 minutes. 2 hours later, after multiple calls, I realized I was talking to someone in California, then in TX, so it's a company that metes out the repair calls to local repair people. They then told me I could cancel the service, but they would charge me a $99 processing fee, which devolved into an argument from me, and the dispatcher was then willing to reduce the fee to $59 after keeping me waiting for 2 hours. They told me the local service could not come out and repair the tire until the next morning, even though I supposedly called a 24 hour service. If you flat out cancel the service, you owe the entire $499. I agreed to come back out to the car and they promised someone would be there at 11:30 am. No one showed, so again, I repeatedly called and the local repair person told me they had an emergency and weren't sure when they could be there (after giving me multiple excuses). I accused them of being a scam/fraud (since I had paid 499) and he refunded my money in full by reversing the charge. I called my credit card company to confirm this. No one I spoke to was a native English speaker, which is fine, but it was very difficult to understand them as their English was somewhat poor. While I did not lose money, it was a very sketchy operation and I'm surprised I was refunded. Now, however, I receive multiple scam/spam calls everyday from a local number (whereas I didn't before), so I have no doubt this operation gave my number to a scam calling service.
