Bet MGM is advertising across various social platforms for a promotion that is "too good to be true". It advises you sinply need to deposit $10 and you will instantly recieve $250 in bonuses. It doesnt require a promotional code and the links they provide on social media simply advise you need to sign up for an account and make the deposit.

I was enticed and tried. I clicked on the link, on the ad. I deposited $10 and was granted no bonuses. The site didnt even mention the bonus after you sign up.

I asked customer servoce about it and was given different answers. One rep said they would look into woth the team to correct. The other rep advised the prior rep was mistaken and that the promotion is only for certain people.

Ive seen countless others complain on their social media and across MGM advertisements that they are using this as a bait and switch and tricking people i to depositing money.

 Went I receive email from irs about the stimulus check told me I’m I will receive a check it has look like official original website IRS need to fill out all with sign like this * asked my debit card my address IRS will Derect deposit to my bank in next day afternoon my bank call live a massage alert my debit card has been blocked same one used into bet MGM phone number is (732)268-1918 I hope catch the scammer thank you

I have no idea how they got my card number but, I was charged $800 by MGM BET. Upon calling MGM BET number I found online the customer service fraud rep advised me that I needed to contact my bank, which I already did. Then I ask what they is and how it works. So I found out it was an online betting program. He ask if I had an account and I told him no that I did not even know that this was. I then ask in order for a person to use my card does the name on the account and the card have to match. He told me "yes". So please keep an eye on your accounts, this is a fraudulent transaction and now I am fighting to get my money back. My fight is with Bank Mobile Vibe a subsidiary of Customers Bank. I have made calls all the way to the fraud department with Customers Bank and have not been able to get my money so far...its been almost a week.

I stopped betting on BETMGM and I was still having money being withdrawn from my bank account. The first time they took $30, and I deleted my card off the app in hopes that it wouldn’t happen again and that maybe I wasn’t seeing things clearly. Then it happened again for $50 with no card on file!! And I hadn’t placed a bet on the app in over a week!!! I now have to get a new debit card because obviously they saved my card information and are still taking money out of my account and I have the receipts!!! My bank transactions and my BETMGM transactions do not look the same!! This is very disturbing from a company that should be very secure and LEGIT! I have even tried to request for my account to be deleted twice!! And it tells me to confirm in email and I never get the email in my inbox or in my junk file this company is robbing people and it is not right!!! Highly do not recommend this app I once thought it was better than the ceasers app because I didn’t have to wait so long for my money to hit m account but everything that glitters isn’t gold!!

Made a deposit to play and was blocked by them to loose my money.

Will not answer emails or phone.

I have placed bets with this company and then noticed there were tons of duplicate withdrawals from my account. They continue to come out, I had to cancel my card. They will not talk to you on the phone only email. They will not investigate this matter unless I give them my banking information and a police report. I had $300 in my account they refuse to withdraw until I give them a police report. So in total that I know of they have now scammed more that $1500 from me.

This online gambling company seemingly charges my account whenever they’d like, and makes it nearly impossible to ever get my money back. I haven’t used their app in months as I realized that anytime I’d win, they’d come up with some sort of fees to counter act my winnings. I’m still receiving bogus fees out of nowhere randomly.
