When they finally responded they told me to try it again. That it takes longer for some people. The bottom line is that the product was not effective for anything, was a placebo and then they stated they would only refund for the unopened bottles--in contrast to the claim they made on Facebook where they were advertising.
I want to report this as a scam to prevent other hard working people from being taken advantage of and swindled. Also, this company was not listed when I did a search in your database, so I think it is a foreign entity posing as a US company again to steal US citizens' money.
Their website also lists address in Singapore, 469 Macpherson Road #02-02368186--so this is a foreign scam. Also a second address on site was 304 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas NV 90107
