The person's name is agent Barbara Phillips Lane she claims to be from bcdp program which is a government grant program that I can get $50,000 if I send her $500 so that that FedEx can deliver my money safely when I told her I didn't have that kind of money she brought it down too $300 I still told her I didn't have a kind of money she brought it down too a hundred told her I still didn't have that kind of money and now she's just as well I can work with you give me your bank account what bank do you use what's your bank card whose names in the bank card how long have you been with this Bank don't give her any information her phone number is 931-325-9832 still pursuing me two to three times a day and messenger

According to the profile its a woman so i am going with she.
Natalie contacted me saying that she saw my name on the Charity list. Suspicious. I then searched the name and saw that there is a place in the United States with the name but I live in South Africa. Suspicious.
Then she asked me if I received money to which I replied no and she also told me she received $200 000 from them and she sent me a link for the agent I have to apparently contact to get the money. What kind of charity has that kind of money. Suspicious.
Then the more questions I asked the grumpier she got. Dead giveaway it's fake.
Also her grammer is wrong. English is not my mother tongue and I noticed it. These scammers always have a temper, they are not patient and their English is always off.
Also when you check the social media app they contact you with there is either little post a few days ago or a lot of post made on the same day.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to explain to somebody who's trying to take advantage of me I'm destitute and they're hounding me for money so I can get money somebody needs to put them in jail they're trying to take told me I was supposed to give the FedEx guy a $500 Apple card Lord knows if I had that then I would have my power on

Don't give them any money!? Trust me, I've had that happen to me as well and YES, they do hound you to death. They want your money! So, what ever you do, don't give them anything.. the best thing you can do is block them. Also, they want to take over your Facebook page and your cell phone. That Happened to me. I don't know how they got into my Facebook, but they did and they blocked me.! They took over my cellphone as well
My phone number was no longer mine. So please be careful with these people.

I received a message from an old time friend asking me how I was doing. I told her I was hanging in there, and she replied that's good. She said she was doing great because she had gotten a grant for 250,000 from Better community development program, I told her that is great, she then tried to me that she saw my name on their list and that I needed to contact them about my grant, I told her this is to good to be true. She said contact them and find out, well when I did and they said yes your on are list but you have to pay us 650 dollars for a fee to get your money delivered, so I told them I don't have any money to do that and not only that, I asked if it's a grant I should not have to have to pay for anything regardless if your bringing it to my door. The person I was talking to got very upset with me and said I needed to find a way to get the money or it would go to someone else, I told them that they could keep their so called grant because they were not scamming me out of any money. So I told them good bye and do not contact me again.

They used my co workers information to set up a account though Instagram to tell me that they could get me money to pay my bills so they asked for my information like license and social security number.

A “messenger” mail came from my friend asking how I was doing. I asked how she was and she told me all about how good she was and about this BCD grant she recently received. Asked if I heard about it and sent me her agents info which happened to be in messenger as well. She checked on me in a couple days asking if I had contacted the agent yet. I finally asked if she had a website or anything? They said they want me to fill out an application first. I looked it up on the internet and it was in Little Rock, AR but nothing really here in CA so I tried to get more info. It was kinda vague so I asked my friend Brenda more questions and she told me they qualified and received $250,000 cash on their doorstep within 4 hours of filling out that form and they couldn’t be happier! She said it’s grant money, it does not have to be paid back, it’s real and it’s real. I filled out the form but nothing too personal. Name, address, birthdate, cash or check, checking or saving, rent or own. I think that was it and I qualified for $250,000 as well. I didn’t believe it and kept going back to Brenda asking are you sure? Are all the bills legit? I just didn’t believe it. She kept telling me more and more of how it was true. They said there is this small delivery fee I needed to pay of $700 and I could pay western Union or Walmart to Walmart or Cashapp. I went to the closest to my house which was western Union and paid an additional $29.50 to get it there right now. Provided them with the receipt and tracking # and the last thing they wanted was my mothers maiden name for the security question when the driver comes to deliver the money. Then one more thing was send them a picture of myself so the delivery team would recognize me when they deliver my money. So I provided them with a photo then I got a bad feeling in my stomach. I looked them up some more and that’s when I found that it was all a scam! I felt sick to my stomach and so pissed off!!! I tried calling them and no one would answer, I messenger them and they got right back and said they are very busy getting my money ready. I said I needed to talk to them regarding a personal matter. We went round and round and they wouldn’t call. I ended up messaging them that the maiden name I provided was my step mothers. They were upset and really trying to get it. I told them to call me before my, so called money gets delivered and I will give it to them. I’m going to lie when they get back to me. They had me wire the money to someone named Irene Suarez in New York and the phone # 347-589-6882 they gave me actually belongs to Irene Suarez because I called it!! She’s got my money and better not try to steal my identity!!!

now neither one of them are my friend on FB. How they obtained my phone number I have no clue.Jullia want's all of my information in a specific order..I looked up all this crap found frauds..also I'm also dealing with decal fraud ( wrap your car with a decal )they send you a check you deposit it into your account and yes by the time you and your bank figure it out it's to late YOU OWE thousands of dollar's.

She said they deposited $30,000 in her account.She sent the website,I completed the information and a picture of me and my drivers licence, thin they wanted $150.00 to get the money, I blocked them and around 4:30am I started getting back to back calls from this number 678-321-4333 with it saying potential spam.

My "sister" messaged me on facebook messenger, asking if I had heard of the Better Community Development Program. I told her I had not heard of them, and she told me about them, that they improve quality of life for low income disadvantaged people, etc, and if I received any money from them. I informed her that I had not received any money, and she couldn't believe that I didn't get my money, since she saw my name on the winners list and that was why she was contacting me. All I have to do is message this agent (https://www.facebook.com/agentjacksonthomas), add him as a friend and tell him I'm ready to claim my money.

I had tried to call my sister instead of chat on messenger, and "she" told me that her phone broke and can't make or receive calls. I called another contact for my sister, and lo and behold, she is not chatting with me on messenger, but that her FB was hacked and she is unable to get it back.
