Weight loss management app called better Me, advertises a weekly or monthly fee to use the services. Once you subscribe and have paid the money. You open the app and in order to continue you must pay another fee to use the services. This is very deceptive and not in the description of the original advertisement for this program. I have asked for my money back immediately within 5 minutes of signing up and paying. They are telling me it will be canceled after the first week of which is what I paid for plus tax. However, I cannot use the app because I refuse to pay more money that was not disclosed originally to use the app and the matter that I originally signed up for.
