Scam Job
I am begging any one to NOT work for them. I fell for their scam because they seemed so professional and the onboarding process seemed legit. However, they make you work for them for a month, make you provide you with your banking information so that you can help with "customer payments," and do reports on offices and banks in your area. It seems legit until it's time for you to get paid. Do not waste your time.
We have not responded before because we have been trying to verify your identity and paperwork.
Now your paperwork will be disregarded and deleted as you do not seem to be a good fit for the job after all due to your inadequate behavior and harsh reactions that we disapprove of.
Have a good day!
Kind Regards,
Better Solution Logistics HR Team
No matter what, it’s sad that you are having a grudge against us because of losing this job and wish you all the best.

To clarify, we’ve been expanding and hiring quite a number of candidates lately and we honor our part of the deal with each and everyone hired.
However, as we have a training/probation period that lasts around 30 days, when a candidate fails to comply with our requirements during mentioned trial period, we could part our ways upon mutual agreement anytime. That is normal.
No matter what, if this anonymous person (whoever you are) who has a grudge against us because of being fired has any unresolved issues with us, feel free to email us at [email protected] and request a phone call from our Legal Department representative.
In other words, you are welcome to talk to us directly instead of marring our good name.
That being said, we kindly ask you (whoever you are), not to go anonymous about what is making you so upset and contact us directly to have everything straightened out in a decent and peaceful manner.
Kind Regards,

This is the person that contacted me. I haven't heard back since sending in my information. Why is that the ONLY number for such a lucrative shipping company. I am not trying to criticize. But it would be nice to get some clarification. I really need a job. Please resolve this for me. Thanks

So, it was like logistic company which is located in Denmark but less than year ago they started their business in US. They told me a lot and send some documents about plans and perspectives here.
After 2 interviews they confirm me for a position of Customer Support Manager. They ask me about documents (ID and sighed job agreement), and took 5 days for check up. After, they confirm that everything is fine and I can start.
Due to our agreement first month they were going to teach me, and this month had to be fully paid.
On the my first working day they told me that I should accept payments through my Zelle account. I said ok. They also sent me some tasks like to make some market research, to find office for rent etc.
On a third day they said to me that they don't have customers who is ready to pay though Zelle, but they have ones who is ready to pay by ACH transfer, and they need all information of my Checking account.
I didn't send it to them and they just gone
ACH is used for many types of money transfers – including direct deposit of your paycheck. Making payments by letting others pull money from your account is convenient, but it also can be risky.Apr 10, 2015
I never heard of ACH. This is the information that I found. Also is says that the person receiving the money would usually have to have a bank account in the United States. If this was a scam that would mean they have an States bank account but can't get a States phone number. Also it is weird that an international shipping company would pay through Zelle. And I have worked a job that is independent contracting. I still get provided with the I9 paperwork. I have to file the information on the IRS website with this company.
